Students will need to download and install Respondus LockDown Browser on their own computer to use it, by clicking the button below. Once the file has downloaded, start the lockdown browser installer. The browser will start the download to your computer. We will use a secure browser and webcam monitoring through Respondus Monitor a tool that will lock down the testing environment on Blackboard to prevent printing, copying, and navigating to unauthorized websites. When you first see the webpage, you may want to review the brief video which explains the basic features of lockdown browser and why your school is requiring it for your exams.Īfter viewing the video click the Install Now button.
